Panasonic Eluga I7 2019 is the upcoming smartphone which is to be launched in July 2019. It may carry a price tag of around 10000 INR. It boasts 5.45 inches of IPS LCD display at a resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels and ~295 PPI density. It has a 148.8 x 70.9 x 9.3 mm of dimension and weighs 168 g with the battery. It runs on an android 9.0 Pie and may later be upgradable for Android Q.

Performance

The smartphone is powered by a quad-core processor which clocks at the rate of 1.5 GHz. It flaunts a conventional 2 GB of RAM which is quite not enough to hold the impact of the high-end apps or games like Pubg or asphalt 6,7,8. It stores around 16 GB of inbuilt memory while backs up to 128 GB of expandable with the help of dedicated microSD card support. It includes some well-known sensor like Fingerprint, compass, proximity, and accelerometer.

Panasonic eluga I7 2019 is the low-budget smartphone to have features a single 8 MP rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture and 1.12 unit lens. The front camera having an 8 MP with a LED flash. As the phone is coming with a dual LED flash, the selfie will not fade away in the low-lights as a result allowing to capture clear pictures.

connectivity options for this device appear well fit for the price. It has Bluetooth, FM, WiFi, hotspot, GPS and an audio jack to connect you on the go.

Battery

It sips its juice through a 4000 mAh lithium-poly non-removal battery. It can manage to provide up to 20 hours of standby and 17 hours of music play time.

Verdict

Panasonic smartphones are popular for their long-lasting service. Eluga I7 2019 did surprise us, the phone could have been a bit lower in the price for the specification it offers. The RAM, camera and Internal storage do not justify the price at all.

The battery is surely the selling factor for this device. The smartphone has no notch display, no major features like NFC, OTG (No big deal). Overall the phone is worth the try but we think it’s a bit overpriced.
